Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology at the University of South Florida
The psychology department at the University of South Florida offers a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology. Our training is based on the scientist/practioner model, which trains students to apply scientific principles to real world problems of organizations. The training prepares students for both academic and applied careers. Our regular faculty are Tammy Allen, Walter Borman, Michael Brannick, Michael Coovert, Russell Johnson, Edward Levine, Carnot Nelson (Emeritus), Paul Spector, and Steven Stark, with affiliated faculty Daisy Chang and Walter Nord.
