Summer Fun

When you have a husband who is a talented photographer and a digital guru, the temptation to plaster your homepage with photos is great. Please bear this in mind, if this seems shamelessly domestic or private. Childhood is a beautiful and transient thing, and I try to remember that when my spunky toddler throws one too many blocks (or sippy cups or toys or punches) my way.

Life as a mom has certainly led me to new experiences. Here Son #1 and I relax during our exploration of the Florida Aquarium.

I tried to teach Son #1 how to swim, but he enjoyed splashing mom a little too much.

With the kind offices of helpful grandparents, my husband and I actually got to go out a couple times this past summer!

We traveled to visit some family, too. Here Son #1 and I hang out with his uncle.
