ISS ANNOUNCEMENTS

· All are invited to the Second Annual Shaw Symposium at the Shaw Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, July 29-31, 2005.

· Bryden Scholarships and ISS Travel Grants are available to young scholars who submit a paper for this Symposium.

· The next business meeting of the entire ISS, as well as the ISS Council, will be on July 31, 2005 at the Shaw Symposium at the Shaw Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Non-members who are prospective members are welcome to attend meetings.

· The next Shaw Conference—"Sesquicentennial Shaw"— will be held at Providence, Rhode Island, on June 8-11, 2006 and will be directed by Don Wilmeth. Details forthcoming.
