Using Analytical Approach and Regression Analysis in Biology

The goal of this project was to use an alternative method of calculating the growth rate of L. Plantarum bacteria. This method involves using regression analysis to single out a variable and then use equations to determine the remaining unknowns. This data is then fitted to a Gompertz model and compared with ore-existing data to check whether the method in this project is successful.
