The Expected Genotypic Ratios of Human Offspring

by Gabrielle Johnson

Submitted : Spring 2021

The theoretical phenotypic and genotypic ratios of offspring are vital for future parents to know in order to produce a healthy offspring. The expected phenotypic and genotypic ratios where calculated using the product rule. Due to predicted  dominance in some genes only 8 different phenotypes were observed although there were 64 possible genotypes.
