by Camille Dayton

Submitted : Spring 2021

Using calculus, the volume of a silo with a diameter of 90 feet and height of 270 feet will be able to be calculated by using the shell method. This large silo will be able to hold a max of 1,631,782 feet^3. The correct amount of feed will now be able to be purchased without having any excess.
