Using Integral Average and Trendline Function for Cold Storage Units

This project is an attempt to find a more efficient way of determining the average temperatures of cold storage facilities installed for agricultural science purposes. With the importance of produce and agricultural product being properly stored before distribution, a more accurate and less time-consuming way to confirm the average temperature for the refrigeration units is needed. Prior to investigating other methods of calculating average temperature value, all collected values were added and then divided by the number of values recorded by the thermometers. After calculating a trendline for the data and calculating the average temperature, the results were compared to the original calculation method. Although not determined to be completely accurate it is a step in simplifying the calculations used in cold storage data monitoring.
