Submitted : Spring 2020 The purpose of this project is to optimize the production of testing trays used for integrated components. functions for production cost and revenue were generated, combined to create a 3rd formula and then derived to determine whether the value for a set of trays is worth the cost of production. The main takeaway from this project was the knowledge that the introductory courses for a mechanical engineering degree are genuinely useful and have a multitude of applications outside of academics.
