Differential Equations in Time of Death

Time of Death plays a big role in crime scene investigation as it one of the first initial steps in narrowing down the suspect pool. In this experimental process Newton's Cooling Law, which is an ordinary differential equation, is applied to a hypothetical crime scene investigation that takes place in an enclosed building.
