Simulation of Model Rocket Flight

by Hayley Sawh Ramdhan

Submitted : Fall 2019

This project used Newton’s 2nd Law of motion, Euler’s method, basic physics and basic calculus to model a rocket’s flight path. Using this, one can find the height and velocity at any point from launch to the maximum altitude. The values for the height and velocity were graphed against time. The thrust values were given by a A8 engine thrust curve.
