Online Mendelian Genetics in
Man
is a huge database run by the National Library of Medicine. It is an
encylopedia of human genetic diseases and traits. It has over 10,000
entries.
The National Library of Medicine
maintains a number of databases, including interfaces to Genbank, the repository
of all known DNA and Protein Sequences, as well as PubMed, a database of medical
and biological literature.
